Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective. Damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

What happens if my parol arrives damaged?

First we make sure that we pack the Parols the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery). Please keep all packaging materials so the parol can be returned safely. We will first request photos of damages and the packing materials, then provide return label at our expense. We purchase insurance through a 3rd party for all of our parols so please be patient while we assist you - we are here to help! Need not to worry we will replace your Parol or will refund you if it no longer available.

Can I use my parol outside?

Our parols are not water proof and have electrical components that can be damaged by water. The parols do come with a plastic covering but this does not completely seal the parol. Because of this we recommend the parol to be used indoors - although many of our customers use their parol on their front porch and have no problems. You are welcome to remove the plastic if you want to keep your parol inside but please know the plastic offers extra protection.

Are these parol 110V?

Absolutely! All our parols are 110V and perfectly suited for use in the US/Canada
