Many of our products, including our parols, ornaments, decorations, and handicrafts, are handcrafted by artisans in the Philippines. Slight variations in color, finish, shell placement or pattern, size, shape, texture, paint, or other handcrafted details are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, details, and images, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Product measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of many of our products.

Some products are available only in limited quantities and are subject to our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies.

Although many customers choose to display their parols outdoors, our parols are water resistant and are not waterproof or weatherproof. Outdoor display is at the customer's own risk.

Parols of America is not responsible for damage resulting from rain, excessive moisture, high winds, storms, severe weather, improper installation, improper storage, misuse, or a parol striking another object or surface.

Customers should use appropriate care with all electrical components and discontinue use if an electrical component appears damaged.

SECTION 15 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery dates and transit times displayed on our website or provided by shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Parols of America is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, customs delays, or other delivery disruptions outside our reasonable control.

Because many of our products are handmade, natural variations in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
